Firstly today, I’d like to take this opportunity clarify a few things regarding entry to the challenge, to free up my email inbox a little.
You ARE now allowed to combine challenges
You ARE allowed to use Sugar Nellie Digital Images, whether they are purchased or given away free by Sugar Nellie.
However, you are NOT permitted to use ready bought decoupage or other card toppers, even though these feature images which are Sugar Nellie stamps. To clarify, anything you enter should have been either hand stamped or printed off and then coloured by hand.
